Fan Palm Studs

For 2022, I set myself the goal to make (at least) one new design each month. There's a list of ideas that I've had and written down that's a few pages long and I often stare at it not knowing where to start (and also being too scared to!).
So here is August's New Design - a Fan Palm Slab.

This slab was really difficult to cut up, it was way too nice! Inspired by a recent trip to Rainforestation seeing a stunning Fan Palm and growing up seeing these palms dotted throughout FNQ, I really wanted to create a homage to the stunning palm. 

The earring posts are stainless steel, and each earring's total length is just under 2cm.
