Shipping Methods & Policy

We use Australia Post "Parcel Post" for all of our orders. Please make sure your shipping address is accurate and up-to-date when purchasing, as that is where your package will be sent. 
We ship within 1-3 business days of payment being received, and the average postage time is around 3-10 business days within Australia.

For Overseas, even though Australia Post can seem quite expensive, it is the cheapest option we have found to date. Base shipping for Overseas doesn't include Tracking.
It can take up to 20+ business days to places like America & UK. Please keep this in mind if you plan on buying an item as a gift for someone!

Shipping Upgrades (Express, Sign on Delivery, Tracking for Overseas, etc) are not automatically included but are available upon request. 

If you would like additional features on your package, please be sure to message us in advance, so we can adjust your shipping rates accordingly. 

You are responsible for any custom fees/duties that your country asks for. And buyers are responsible for their own taxes incurred.
Once the item has been purchase & we have posted it, the buyer assumes all responsibility for the piece. Refunds will not be issued if you cannot receive an item due to your customs regulations.

 

Return Policy

While we don't offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, please feel free to contact us if you receive your item and it is faulty/broken.
Heaven forbid this should happen but if so, please message us within 5 business days of the item being received. We will endeavour to assist you with fixing the item yourself where viable. If this isn't possible, we will happily take the item back to see if we can repair it. If the item cannot be repaired, we will issue a full refund of the item. (Postage/shipping costs will not be refunded)

- As some items may take up to 20 business days to be received, we will only consider/offer refunds if we are messaged within 25 business days of us posting the item.
- If an item is returned to us for an attempt at repair, the buyer is responsible for the postage charges to return the item to us. 
- If item is being refunded, Postage/Shipping costs will NOT be refunded
